How To Install A Blogger Customized Template

Blogger default templates are good enough for starter templates but at times they lack a certain type of spunk. This is where customized blogger templates come in.

There are a lot of sites that feature customized blogger templates for free. A good place to start would be btemplates.com or eblogtemplates.com (free registration required) where I got the design templates for TechEncounter and facebookOL. You can also do a Google search for most beautiful blogger templates and get more than a million results for customized blogger templates.

How To Setup Your Blogger Blog (Basics)

Login to your Blogger account then from your selected blog click Settings.

If you browse through the settings, they are self-explanatory and can be left at default, but I do recommend configuring the Comments section. For first time blogs and bloggers, comments are hard to come by so we have to make it easier for would-be visitors to comment. When your blog catches on then you can go back and change the comments settings as you see fit.

What Is A Blog?

Shortened from the term "Web log," a blog is a type of website or part of a website that is usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video.

Most blogs are interactive, allowing visitors to leave comments and even message each other via widgets on the blogs and it is this interactivity that distinguishes them from other static websites.
